Another world in Universe

If there exists another Planet which has Living Organs like Human Beings...Then..

1. Do they have same Structure as of we have...Like useful for See,Hear,Eat,Breath,..Last but not least Brain.

2.In that planet also,Do All of our Laws work...like Newtons law...Einstein...Quantum mechs...

3.But All Mathematics Laws Should work in entire Universe...

4.Is Periodic Table would be same as we have...????  Abruptly No...?...Because our Periodic Table depends on Quantum and some assumptions....

i.e., Until unless  all our  laws are working better...then all assumptions are true.....But in this world All assumptions may not be UNIQUE....

Thus I can develop a new Mechanics which is abruptly different from Quantum's...But it can supports all the results which have been done....
