Why Humans are recruited for Jobs ?

If Internet ( Google,Wikipedia, YouTube) are there then why Human Beings are recruited for jobs...Because All these cant think on their own...

But why so many Interviews test only Human Memory rather than their Way-Of-Thinking...

Interviews should be like,Test the candidate,whether he/she is able to do works,which are not (even never) done by Google/Wikipedia/YouTube...

And Interviews shouldn't like,Test The candidate whether he/she is able to do works ,which are done by Google/Wikipedia/Youtube in  a better way
